E-commerce.

An e-commerce store that has outgrown an off-the-shelf platform needs more than a template—it needs a team that understands Czech infrastructure: Shoptet, Heureka, Zásilkovna, Pohoda. We build it, connect it, and then help it grow. AI isn't an optional add-on—it's part of how we work.
01 · problem

What clients bring us.

Off-the-shelf platforms like Shoptet, Upgates or Eshop-rychle are a good starting point, but the moment you want your own logic—a customized checkout, B2B pricing, a connection to Pohoda or Money S3, integration with Heureka and Zásilkovna beyond the standard—you hit a ceiling. Support response time is measured in weeks; customization, in the tens of thousands of crowns.

At the same time, customer expectations keep rising: speed (LCP under 2.5s), personalization, loyalty programs, post-purchase flow. Your store becomes a full-fledged platform that an off-the-shelf solution can't serve, and building from scratch on Magento is an 18-month project with an uncertain outcome.

02 · approach

How we do it.

For mid-size stores (5–50M Kč in annual revenue) we recommend Shopify Plus with a custom headless frontend in Next.js. For heavier operations (50M+, specific ERP, multi-warehouse) we build on Medusa.js as a headless commerce backbone. Either way: speed, SEO/AEO-ready, connections to Pohoda, Money S3, Heureka, Zásilkovna and Packeta.

We deploy AI where it makes sense: automatic product descriptions from PIM data, a recommendation engine on the product page, an AI chatbot for common questions (sizing, shipping, returns), automatic triage of B2B email orders. No generic widgets—everything learns from your data and integrates into your existing workflow.

03 · how we proceed

4 steps from audit to growth.

  1. 01

    Audit and data analysis

2 weeks: analysis of GA4, Shopify reports or Shoptet exports. We map the conversion funnel, customer journey, cart abandonment, B2B vs. B2C mix, and ERP and warehouse integrations.

  2. 02

    Stack and architecture

1 week: the Shopify Plus vs. Medusa.js decision, data model, payment and shipping integrations, AI use cases with an ROI estimate.

  3. 03

    Build and migration

8–16 weeks: products, categories, customer accounts, orders, ERP connections. Old store runs in parallel, gradual switchover with a rollback plan.

  4. 04

    Operations and growth

CRO, checkout A/B tests, paid traffic optimization, monthly reporting. We roll out AI use cases progressively based on measured impact.
