Professional services.
What clients bring us.
Law firms, tax advisories, accounting firms and auditors spend a significant share of billable time on admin—searching an archive, retyping contracts, sending emails, filling in timesheets. Knowledge management means a shared drive full of folders, where a three-year-old case is only findable by whoever worked on it.
CRM systems are deployed, but the team doesn't use them because they were built for sales organizations. Time tracking gets logged from memory at the end of the week, so billing doesn't match reality. AI tools look attractive, but client data is sensitive and generic cloud services are off the table.
How we do it.
We build knowledge management tailored to the profession: AI search over internal documents (contracts, case law, tax opinions) that answers with citations and links back to the source. Your data stays with you—self-hosted or an isolated cloud, nothing sent to public LLMs.
For time tracking, we deploy automatic capture from calendar and email with AI classification by client and task type—the professional just approves it. We build the CRM either by customizing what you have (Caseware, Targetprocess, HubSpot) or a custom solution in Notion/Airtable when SaaS doesn't fit. All of it built around legal privilege and GDPR.
4 steps from audit to growth.
- 01
Workflow audit
2 weeks: where billable hours are being lost, how knowledge is managed today, what systems and integrations already exist. Mapping data sensitivity.
- 02
Knowledge base and AI search
6–10 weeks: indexing documents (contracts, filings, opinions), an AI search engine with citations, isolated infrastructure. A pilot for one department.
- 03
CRM and time tracking
4–8 weeks: CRM setup, automatic time tracking from calendar and email, billing integration. Team onboarding.
- 04
Adoption and expansion
Measuring usage (who's actively using it, how many hours AI saves), training additional teams, gradual rollout across the whole firm.
