Healthcare.
What clients bring us.
Hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities live in a regulatory border zone: GDPR special-category data, eHealth standards, obligations toward the Institute of Health Information and Statistics, insurers and patients. Outpatient systems are often 15–20 years old, and integrating new tools takes care.
Patient flow suffers: patients wait hours for an appointment, phone bookings keep reception busy all day, result emails arrive a week late. Private aesthetic and longevity clinics also have to manage a premium client experience, Instagram marketing and loyalty—a generic solution isn't enough, but custom development is beyond budget.
How we do it.
In healthcare, the first question is data residency and GDPR. We build on EU/CZ infrastructure, with no sending of patient data to public LLMs. We deploy AI only where it's not a medical decision—booking triage, automatic patient recall, scheduling, client communication, marketing.
For private clinics, we build premium client portals with online booking, treatment tracking, and before/after photo documentation with consent management. For public facilities, we automate scheduling and results communication. We handle integration with NIS/AIS systems (Medicus, IRES, Stapro) through official APIs or HL7.
4 steps from audit to growth.
- 01
Data and compliance audit
3 weeks: GDPR mapping, NIS integration, eHealth standards, data protection officer sign-off. No code gets written without clear rules.
- 02
Patient flow and scheduling
8–12 weeks: an online booking system, automatic recall, smart triage that respects urgency. Integration with the NIS through official interfaces.
- 03
Client portal or marketing
In parallel, by priority: a client portal (clinics) or website and marketing automation (aesthetic medicine). Always mindful of advertising regulations.
- 04
Operations and measurement
Monthly metrics (wait times, no-show rate, NPS), iteration, gradual expansion to more departments or locations.
